"I ordered from Godfather's an hour before the delivery time, but I never heard back. When I called to inquire about my order, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and I had to ask for her to check on my order all she said was I don’t know, we are working on a large order right now. Then she preceded to tell me it would be another hour and a half. It was disappointing to experience such poor customer service. I hope they can improve their communication and customer interaction in the future."

I apologize to the person who delivered the pizza order to me. I didn't get the salad I ordered. I told him I wanted to make a call because I didn't get my full order. I didn't realize he was a driver for door dash and not Godfathers. He left before I could give him his tip. I'm sorry. Pizza was very dry and such a disappointment. Breadsticks were in the oven which made them too dark so they were dry too. I was hoping for something good. NOT! Question? Why am I charged a delivery charge when Godfathers is not the deliverer?
