Myself, my husband and our 11 year old son were out shopping and we decided to pop in here for dinner. The location is very handy with plenty of parking and the restaurant itself is spacious and bright but also welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and our server Diana was great. She gave us plenty of advice and suggestions about menu choices. My husband speaks fluent spanish and although I understand a lot it was good to have the option of an english language menu. The choice of burgers is very good with build your own options also. There are also Salad bowls and chicken tenders etc. We ordered a starter of Onion rings between us and the portion was very generous. They were really good. My son had chicken tenders and chips which he enjoyed. As I previously said there is plenty of variety on the menu. I ordered a burger with grilled chicken and a fried egg and had no complaints. My husband ordered the Yankee burger which was very tasty however his rustic potatoes were quite cold but our server quickly changed them. We had a couple of glasses of white wine and some cokes but skipped dessert as we were quite full. At the end of the meal we were offered some shots and they were very good. My son was delighted to be given a shot glass of sweets which was a lovely idea. I wish the restaurant continued success and look forward to my next visit.
We visited late afternoon and we were the only customers initially. Strangely, we were seated by the waitress nearest the toilets, so we moved. The restaurant has an appealing interior. I imagine it 's popular for date nights; catching a bite to eat before or after a movie. I had the 'Chipotle ' burger, although I was tempted by the 'Kevin Bacon '. The burger was juicy, was cooked to my preference and tasted better than many burgers in other restaurants. I opted for 'rustic ' fries, which are basically slices of unpeeled potatoes deep fried. I imagine these have less saturated fat and more nutrition than regular fries. The guacamole was nice, although I recently had nicer. All in all, if you are willing to pay a little more for a nicer burger and cutlery, then this is a place for you. A burger restaurant for grown-ups. Being all on one level and spacious, I would describe the restaurant as accessible for wheel chairs.
If your idea of a good dining experience is to be served lukewarm, over-priced food at a VERY slow pace then this is the place for you. Otherwise: avoid Goiko Grill in Parque Mediterraneo, Cartagena, like the plague. We popped in after an evening shopping. We were seated and had ordered by 9.40pm-we received our frankly underwhelming food (we only ordered main courses due to the time we arrived) more than one hour later at 10.45pm. We only waited that long because we were intrigued to see exactly how long they would leave us sitting without food! The food when it eventually arrived was bland uninteresting-and practically cold. The serving staff disappeared for long periods of time. A truly underwhelming experience. We wont return, and wouldn't advise anyone else to bother eating there. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Very good food and service, food comes out like you would expect, lovely puddings and the coffee was great too. Differently come back , was a lovely you g lady that serviced us aswell, great experience would recommend
