Golden Age Wine

Absolutely gem! Girls Trip and walked right up on this hidden jewel. A full wine bar with menu options. We were served by Hanna, greeted as soon as we entered. Sweet personality. We ordered a snack, Grilled Cheese w/arugula salad and 2021 Leoncio Cinsault red wine. Delicious. We had the pleasure of meeting Trent, co-owner. He was very hospitable as we enjoyed the space in the back. It was giving all kinds of relaxing vibes. Very intimate. Cozy.

Golden Age is classy without being pretentious. The sommeliers go out of their way to chat and make sure the overall experience is a positive one and they really know their wine well, to boot!We went for wine and apps for my mother’s birthday and had such a lovely experience. I couldn’t believe how expansive their selection was, either! The shop is much deeper than it appears with something for any palate!

Oh my gosh. I am so so happy I discovered this place. This wine is so incredible and it takes a very talented person to find and sell great wines like these. Bham is so lucky to have this place.

Absolutely LOVE this place! They have an amazing selection of wine and the 50/50 plate is my go to. It's the most intimate spot you can find in Birmingham. You won't regret coming here!
