If you like sushis, this is the place to go ! Omakase is a small restaurant where you are drived by a chief just behind the counter. 8 savourous courses, fresh and japanese style. Staff is very gentle, and make everything possible to make you feel at home and enjoy your dinner. For japanese whyshies amatours, the choice is quite impressive with some mythic bottles to taste (hibiki 17/21!! . We were served by chef Ticana tonight, and would like to thank him for the moment.
I don t often go to the Japanese restaurant in France because it is too conventional or it is not good... Omakase restaurant links very well between traditional, good raw material and modern taste. The creativity stays in your taste if you inform the cooks. We really had a great experience with my wife. I really recommend this restaurant if you have been there.
