Gomshall Mill is part of the New Dawn Pun Group and was opened in December 2022. It was refurbished and I had a nice meal there before Christmas. It has a dedicated gluten-free menu and they have a pink plate policy if you say you can not eat gluten. All your foods are served on a pink plate when you explain an allergy. You can contain cakes from starters such as crispy Calamari or tempura spiced cauliflowers and nets when the day, squid and chips. They also serve 3 types of sandwiches including crispy fish finger sandwiches. I was too full to try a dessert, but they are available.
We visited on Saturday evening to celebrate my sisters birthday. The food and service was absolutely wonderful and we can’t thank Jill enough for how well she looked after us. Really recommend for any big get together and look forward to visiting again soon.
The food is very good. I had Chicken breast and the the dauphinoise potato was tasty as was the red cabbage. The red wine, smoked bacon and tarragon gravy was delicious. The pub has been nicely done up and it was a good experience all round.
Interesting, unique environment. Prompt delightful service. Delicious food. Altogether a most enjoyable experience.
