Gowings Bar & Grill

Fabulous food, fantastic service and perfectly located, hidden off the main street. A bustling restaurant but the tables are perfectly spaced to provide ample privacy for personal or business conversation. Great steak and shoe string fries. Their Creme chocolate not so caramel is a killer desert but beware, make sure you have ample space left in your stomach as you won't want to leave any of it behind and when finished it will fill you up!

Buzzing atmosphere, attentive service, top notch food - Gowings ticks all the boxes. It's hard to go past the minute steak with paris butter, so I rarely do!Top tip: make your reservation asap to reserve an early sitting if you're seeing a show at the State.

A very nice room, just full of atmosphere, comfortable seating, good service and service. The food didn't live up to the rest. Admittedly it was Sunday, so maybe the second team was sitting in.I had the New York sirloin on the bone with crumbed onion...More

Im alten Gowings-Kaufhaus im Qt Hotel. Der Service ist Prompt, der Kaffee gut, aber ein bisschen auf der kleinen Seite und das Essen lecker. Die Trüffeleier waren stark in Geschmack, aber perfekt im Geschmack.

Had dinner and breakfast there as I'm staying just upstairs. Meat and seafood dishes at night were both tasty. The waiter/waitress were all friendly and cheerful.
