Nice food but not sure why it took 40 minutes to bring out some slices of cheese as a starter and this ruined the experience as we were so hangry (hadn’t eaten since 7am, got there at 4pm). I know this isn’t normal lunch time but if you’re going to be serving try to do it well... Also note that despite the water being from the tap and soda streamed, it’s 8 francs per litre (we get that we’re in Switzerland, and I’m all for being environmentally friendly but that’s still a bit cheeky). The polenta with Gorgonzola and risotto were both nice, and I appreciated how polite and friendly the waiter was.
Da wir mit der Familie zu Mittag gegessen haben und wir eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung gemacht haben. Das Essen war fantastisch. Unsere Tochter liebt die frische Pasta und wir genießen die Rinderteere und das Oktopus-Carpaccio sehr. Auch der Hauptgang war ausgezeichnet. Die Außenterrasse ist nett, freundliches und gut vorbereitetes Servicepersonal mit einer tollen Weinempfehlung von Maria. Kitchens besuchte uns am Tisch und ich fand es wirklich schön, mit ihnen zu interagieren. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn Sie das wunderschöne Maggia Walley besuchen. Grazie mille und bis bald
The weather was perfect for an outdoor dinner and we had a large, sturdy table for eight of us, including two young teens. The specialty of the house is risotto (although there are other dishes as well) and there were a number of varieties. I had risotto with goose liver, which must be ordered for two people. The house wines were fine and the desserts were excellent. Service was attentive and gracious and parking is right at the restaurant, which is on the main road through town, although not in a congested area. Nice views!
We was riding with our motorbikes visiting the Lakes of Sambuco Naret. Coming back to Lugano we stopped in this place to eat drink something. The staff was very helpull, friendly and professional. The food was amazing, just delicious. I don´t care how expensive was the bill, but the experience was unique. I recommend it 100%. Thank you. Grazie Mille.
