Guac Shop Mexican Grill

Don?t bother ordering online. They didn?t get our order started till we got there to pick up and the pick up time was estimated for 1 hr and 15 min after the order was placed. Add the additional 20min it took once we got there and we could have made our own dinner faster. Then, they didn?t put the sour cream with the quesadillas. Almost all their protein is spicy and the steak was over cooked and dry. If you get queso, make sure you order chips also bc it doesn?t come with

The first time I ordered here I ordered online. I got a message that my order was going to be ready at 6:15. When I got to Guac Shop at 6:20, not only was my food not ready, but the staff didn't seem to know what was going on with anything. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for them to prepare my food. There weren't very many customers in the restaurant, either, so I wasn't sure what the hold up was. As I sat there waiting for my online order to be made, I watched

My online orders are always ready when I arrive. Staff is friendly, food is good. Portions aren?t that big but good deals on lunch during the week.
