Oh, my God. Absolutely the BEST chicken gyro I had EVER, and the fresh French pommes were a tasty delight with perfectly crispy exteriors and fluffy interiors. This is a necessary place to stop the next time we are in the area!
Gyros (pronounced YEE-ROWs) Stop is what some people refer to as the Akropolis of Greek food in western Illinois, and deservedly so.
Fresh ingredients! I had Chinese for lunch, but honestly, that didn't fill me up. So I stayed for a regular gyro.
