The hosts need a refresher on how to handle guests. The young man was rude and unprofessional. Then there was confusion on who was handling what area. So we sat there for 10min without being acknowledged. Finally someone came and said something. Food came out quick but was just a crappy way to start that I probably won’t be returning unfortunately.
Everything was delicious and the server was quick and efficient until another server took over and there was a delay on refill on water and other food items. Overall very please with my experience.
I love Gyu Kaku. Food and service are very good. I would definitely come back.
