Hattori - Tisch reservieren

Little gem for fresh and yummy sushi. My son had a sushi platter of the usual style and was reporting that the fish was extremely fresh and tasty. They accommodated me With a veggie platter and made mainly with fresh avocado. They still managed to make that creative and varied. The seating area outside is very pleasant and provide enough shadow even in a hot day like the one we experienced (32 degrees! The service was really friendly and efficient. My only request would be if possible to ditch the plastic straws served with the drinks.

Even thought the service was good, we went there because they are marked as gluten free, the reality is that is not. The rice has traces, they don’t have soy without gluten, and most of the rolls had gluten. They help adapt some, but traces where there. Being gluten intolerant in france is very difficult, but finding a place that describe themself as gluten free, that is not true, is very annoying. People cannot understand how difficult is having alergies

Hattori put their own twist on the dishes which enhanced the flavor. One addition was raw apples that gave the sushi a crunch. It was a nice respite from all of the seafood restaurants in La Rochelle. The staff was super.

Very poor all around. Food is very average with some very strange interpretations of Japanese food. Service with attitude and ignorant about allergies. Best to avoid all together for value and quality.

Best sushi I have ever had I had the Bill platter and the mixed sashimi Lovely service, quick and friendly Was just perfect!
