I have visited helios for the last 30 years or so, and it is generally quite good that they know, ok eat, good staff and a beautiful view. but in the last 12 months it is not sure whether there is a change of the owner / management, but the place is a shadow of the former himself. only the view seems not to have changed, thankful! almost all employees are now quite rude, table service is everything, but disappeared and eating is bad and overpriced. we visited last week when I snorkelled with my son and his friend and thought we would try again to have been there in the mai again. But if it wasn't on pink, a new waitress that was only there on her 2nd day, we would have evolved honestly. Unfortunately, there is no other way to say it differently than the other waiterin submission stank. they refused to serve us because we had no table reserved, although we sat on our table for an hour and the restaurant was far away. they ordered us to go to the bar and choose tapas from there, who looked all disgusting. After we have said it well, we go easy and go somewhere else, they have decided to order 3 dishes (between 5 of us who, when they came out, were quite laborious. the special salate was anything but special, the calamares were tasteless with soggy battery and the sardines were clearly cooked out of frozen! Moreover, the portions were small and overpriced 11 for a very basic salate, 10 for 4 sardines. as already mentioned, the only redeeming features of the restaurant were the view (which would also fight the current management to pamper) the new waitress pink, which, when we were quietly apologised in the name of the other waitresses and waiters (I doubt very much that they apologise and admitted that they were embarrassed by the hire of the other employees. we have cared for pink with a nice tipp, but I'm sure it's fed up quickly as the other waitresses always try to stop them from being so helpful for the customers. I don't think I'm going back a long time and not if they make serious improvements. if they wish a rat, I would begin to change the waitress (except pink it is the type they want to bring back there, table service (they are a restaurant at the end of the day and a cook that can cook fresh food well. they get this right and they can calculate the prices they charge, and the people will be happy to pay them.
