do not come here and expect them to bite quickly and not book. ... the heritage is a place to relax and enjoy every mouthful food while being supervised by a really friendly team. the restaurant has a good balance of formal and relaxed....The service is attentive, but not powerful and unpleasant. eating is amazing. we have lived here for a long time and were grateful that matte and his team have breathed the life back into this previously completed building with an extraordinary amount of energy. they have not ruled out villagers from going into the bar and having a drink and we often do. it is good to see an eclectic mix of clientelle all there with a common goal. an unforgettable and special culinary experience in the beautiful surroundings of the village. in the use of an earlier rather acidic review of the twitching curtains in the village we feel compelled to say that the heritage has a more attentive visitor who is careful not to block running and generally respect the beautiful environment. we also know that one accidentally fixes a road that turns into a road bridge can be stressful. my man has occasionally turned around the strange car for a confused visitor, because it can get a bit tight when it happens a high time in the church. just leave them a little time for the whole culinary experience. No one's gonna evade you from your seat and the table is your night. it is worth coming.
we had a great meal yesterday. we chose the 5 cursor menu and shared a cheese course. there was more than enough to eat. I had vegetarian and my other half had meat. everything was incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. from our arrival to eating drinks in a sleeper area and the culinary experience, the staff were attentive and very informative about what we eat and weep accordingly.
I thought it was a gastropub, but it's a crab or two. the three-course lunch menu on Sunday, instead of the two tasting menus, and everything was excellent. only two decisions per curs, but all four of us enjoyed the beautifully presented kitchen and good wine selection. all staff were extremely knowledgeable, attentive and very friendly. would definitely recommend and will return.
Wonderful lunch. Lots of interesting surprises along the way. Very happy to look after my wife’s gluten free needs, and we were well attended, and advised in all aspects of the experience. Each dish is presented beautifully with a little description. More than just a lunch, it was an adventure!
