Hifalutin is one of my favorite restaurants. They have a nice selection of food on the menu and whatever you order is delicious. We had a great server and the noise level was nice and quiet. The only bad mark is with Open Table itself. They make a point to ask if the reservation is for a special occasion but fail to send that information to the restaurant. This has happened to me on several occasions. Don't bother telling Open Table of your occasion... just tell the restaurant staff yourself.
First visit and everything was outstanding. Greeted promptly, seated and offered water. When Chris discovered we were on our first visit, she gave an excellent walk through the menu and how the specials are usually offered. Encouraged us to have a tour around the restaurant and patio. All looks really nice. Had the special tacos and they were really really tasty and some amazing special sauce. Will be back.
Our meal and service was great. We were seated next to a large party so it was difficult to have a conversation and for the waitress to hear our orders but other than that everything else was fine. Our waitress was extremely nice and checked on us often. Highly recommend Hifalutin.
Good food, good service. Consistency of food products is a real plus. Highly recommend this restaurant.
