We have been going to Huston's/Hillstone since we moved to Florida fifteen years ago. It is probably the most reliable food in Miami and priced appropriately for the prices they charge. It is constantly a mob scene, very noisy and not conducive for a romantic evening. Reservations are not reliable but its better than waiting forty minutes for a table. The best time to go is at 6;00 pm. If you are watching your weight, this is not the place to dine. There are many hidden calories.
This is the best bar in South Florida. The atmosphere is unique, always happening, vivid, the good times are in the air. You can tell people are having fun and enjoying the moment. It is elegant yet casual and the service is superb. I love the food, but I like to est at the bar, because of its great atmosphere. There is never a dull moment ar that bar. Five stars all the way!
Amazing night; cocktails before dinner and started with a crisp Caesar salad nicely presented. Beef ribs was a fantastic suggestion by a stellar wait staff. Ended with Tres Leches. No doubt once of the best dining experiences in quite some time.
Hillstone had great, fast service and friendly staff despite the busy afternoon weekend hours. They just don't have any brunch entrees/deals. Would still recommend Hillstone :
