We started going here about 6 years ago and it was great then after a few years it really took a nosedive, the food was awful, the staff changed hand and it was not good service, so we stopped going. We decided to pop in today and just see what it was like. We were glad we did The place was fairly busy but all tables were being cleared quickly and it was clean. I went to the bar to order some food and drinks and Keeliegh the bar server was extremely busy but still found time (after telling us, to just give her a minute) to help a mother who’s child had used a “get a treat” machine but it was not working properly, she gave the child a lolly pop and probably diverted a meltdown from said child, She then proceeded to take our order in a polite and composed manner, she is a credit to the manager and the business. She could have had some help if I am honest as she really was busy. Saying that she handled it impeccably. The food was good and we will definitely be going back.
Absolutely appalling meal. I was given the silliest of portions I have ever seen. It was adequate for a toddler not a 20 year old woman!!!! I am in disgrace at the fact, my meal: a chicken breast (smaller than the length of a thumb), a portion of peas (not even a tablespoon) and a tiny jacket potato costed £10 absolutely ridiculous... They put my meal as extras... I'm disappointed that just because there wasn't a meal for what I wanted for me, doesn't mean I should get charged for everything to be paid for separately. Won't be eating here again, wouldn't even call this a dinner. Very unhappy and hungry customer
Ordered two Chicken Parmagina.. One with chips and one with jacket potato. Both came with chips so I sent mine back. It came back with a jacket potato which was cold in the middle... Sent it back AGAIN third time lucky... I mentioned it when paying and it was removed from my bill... Shame as we have eaten there before and had good service... Won't be rushing back.
Visited on Saturday and had a great time. Food was hot and delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially when ordering from the app. All in all a nice place to go. We will be back.
