Hook Reel Cajun Seafood

If I could give this place a negative zero I would. I wanted some seafood so I went there. I know this is a fast food but presentation is everything. The parking lot is dark no light in front or behind the restaurant. I went inside and I was a hot mess the girls were singing Happy Birthday to a customer but it was over the top and extremely loud. It was extremely noisy not in a good way. It does not have to be this way. Fix the lighting move birthday party or individual who wants to celebrate there birthday in a specific area. The manager, Mark Anthony was extremely rude unprofessional. I was asked to leave my seat at the bar due to only being able to sit there for two hours, because he was trying to replace our seats with another two customers who needed seats. Because we refused to leave our seats, he told the bartender not to serve us anymore. I have never felt so humiliated and treated so disrespectfully at a restaurant. I do not take disrespect from servers, managers, etc. when I’m a paying customer. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Service: 1

I ordered delivery. Everything was cooked to near mush, esp the shrimp. I got a seafood boil with lobster, crab, shrimp clams. Never again.

Great time! Great food Bartenders are amazing! Will be back very soon. Lemon pepper wings are heaven sent
