Hop House Southern Eatery

Ate here several times. The food is good and wait staff friendly, however, the wait staff forgot utensils and to fill any drinks for most of the meals had here. I keep giving it chances due to good food but never gets better with regard to service. You have to make sure BEFORE YOU ORDER to get all your utensils and ask for waters or you can end up screwed waiting with food getting cold your whole meal.

Went for dinner with a couple friends. Their menu has changed, and food was just okay temperature was lukewarm not as exciting as previous menu. Service was slow and once order was placed took a while for food to be brought out, despite not being very busy. I think likely understaffed, and I appreciated the effort made. Hoping with time, things will improve!

My husband and I have eaten here several times. One time, the food was good, but the service was not. The next visit, it was the opposite; bad food, but good service! My personal opinion is that their menu is just way too expansive for them to do everything well consistently .

Great times this place is one of my ole favs never had a bad meal but during Covid their menu is smaller but don’t let that scare you away

Super kind staff, generous portions, delicious food! Will visit again when in the area!
