Lukewarm reception was followed by being asked to pay an extra £10 for the room which we refused as we had been quoted a set price of £120. We were then asked to pay upfront in cash which I have never done before in 20 years of using hotels! Room was very small (had to put suitcases in bathroom so we didn't fall over them). On a plus side, it was a lovely bathroom, comfortable bed and very clean. Think a fairer price for the room would be around £80.
Lovely family meal, usually eat at caravan Pure luck found this delight by chance. Definitely will return when we return. Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly, Great value
