I'm going to give 5 stars not to say good things about this hotel which is certainly clean in appearance but expensive for what it is. Obviously the reviews for this hotel are fake or they are people of a certain age who come and who unfortunately have never known other things or a good hotel, it's sure it's much better than camping. The rooms are certainly correct but don't break three legs of a duck, unfortunately the cleaning lady must have been in a hurry she may have had an emergency train to catch because they were poorly cleaned. Ours was redone during our stay, bed without change of sheets, in the bathroom we collected the towels but not cleaned and half towels hastily thrown on the bed. Breakfast costs 13€ to have a piece of super u brioche (packet on the counter lol) which is not even pure butter, an orange juice made from concentrate and disgusting. eggs to cook even just in case at I woke up and wanted a hard-boiled or soft-boiled egg and two slices of ham.... For the jam it's like in the canteen, no individual portions, just big open jars that TLM picks out, oh yeah, so you can easily do it like at home, pick it up with your own spoon, lick it and go back. Not to mention the bread worthy of a supermarket worth at least 70 cents. Super noisy on weekends. At Lucienne's they play music with a bad DJ until 2 a.m. and more if you like. Last things request for a room with elevator because I have pins, go to the annex without elevator no possibility of changing with sign to go elsewhere if not happy. Do not carry around with your room key, the key ring could be considered a weapon because it is so big and heavy. Expensive hotel and which in no way deserves the reviews indicated as good. For those who doubt mine, it is up to them to see my opinions on other establishments and their standing. To avoid ABSOLUTELY A Fourmule 1 surely has more respect for its customers and less for its wallet.

Madam, Sir...We had, in February, booked a half-board stay including a room overlooking the port of the Palais...We received a wonderful welcome, smiles and advice from all the staff, room and new hotel...Quality meals and continental breakfast...We stayed from August 9 to 14, 2023...certainly the best hotel at the Palais...The availability of staff, arrival (we came helping me quickly transport our 2 heavy suitcases; I really appreciated the gesture... at the start did not leave us indifferent...I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have a pleasant stay...Cleanliness, quality meals, smiles from the staff...Thank you to the person responsible who was able to help me pay for my stay (credit card problem resolved quickly... ...If one day we decide to come back, it's in this hotel that we would stay at...Thank you again and good luck....Mme and Mr yves BOISSEL...
