Hotel de Ville - Tisch reservieren

This restaurant was recommended for its filets de perche by non other than the late Philippe Rochat , former Chef of Hotel de Ville in Crissier before the late Benoit Violier. As we love filets de perche , we decided to give it a try.... We were immediately won over, not only by the excellent food, but the warm and friendly atmosphere and welcome of a family run restaurant in the countryside. We have been back many times , and although I promised myself that I will try their meat which looks delicious, I am always tempted by the filets de perche! Gorgeous freshly made frites, and a lovely salad to start with. Their desserts are scrumptious too the cafe gourmand is super. Will definitely try the meat filet de boeuf sur ardoise and other tempting dishes one of these days . Really worth the visit

This small, but friendly restaurant with a particular atmosphere, where the father and elder son serve, while the mother and younger son are cooking all the meals, is worth a visit! We really ate excellent and well served fresh food from the area. Their "filets...de perches" are top, as well as any other meal. The prices are totally correct

This small restaurant, nested in the center of the town of Vullierens is the place to go for the great atmosphere, the very friendly staff (it is family run) and the excellent food. The "Filets de Perche" are one of the best of canton Vaud...(if not the best), and the desserts are also worth it! I totally recommend this restaurant

Returning customers but don't be afraid of the waiter. If bad day then avoid it as he's just unpleasant For the rest the Filets de perches as well as other meats specialities and croûtes aux champignons are good Nice wine card with good swiss wines...nicely priced
