Hôtel le France

We stayed at the Hotel for one night and booked into the restaurant in the courtyard, a lovely setting in July.The woman at the bar was not very helpful with a list of white wine. After a rummage in the bar cooler we had a selection of 5 white wines to choose from. The one we selected was lovely.The set menu was great. The menu was in French and English so it was easy to choose.The staff were very attentive and provided an efficient service with a smile.The food was truly delicious.I would recommend the Hotel Restaurant to any visitor, and we'll certainly be back in the future.

Went here with my long suffering friend and travelling companion. This was a recommendation from our hosts at the Hotel Bauze. Good service from the staff and some nice little amuse bouche. I had the chicken terrine and the veal with asparagus. The main was delicious and ticked all the boxes. My friend had the beef carpaccio with ginger sorbet and said it was one of the best starters he has had. The sirloin steak was also good. Would recommend this for a good meal at an appropriate price.

We booked in here last minute after being let down by Chamber d'hote owners who did not brother to show up!We stopped here to find alternative accommodation for the night and instead found a lovely hotel with an amazing restaurant!Quality of food is outstanding, service is discrete but attentive, desserts are to die for and wine list is more than acceptable. Highly recommend!

Took my wife here for lunch. We had soup and pate as starters on the 22 Euro menu. Followed by veal and Guinae fowl. Both very tasty but not pipping hot. The creme custard was a bit thick. Fomage bland was excellent

Good food service was a little clunky but probably more due to our lack of French than anything else. Good wine list and selection.
