Hotel Restaurant Campanile

warm welcome to our arrival at 8:45 pm. After having settled at the designated table and an endless waiting of at least 25 minutes for the installation of the covers (when doing the service was engaged with other customers who arrived after us) we suffered a hemorrhage of inconvenience in the service. First of all, the service staff informed us of the absence of about 8 dishes on the 10 proposed à la carte .fault of choice a simple order: a fries steak and what it was like fish for my colleague but 5 minutes later the waitress informs us that there are no more fries, so go for the ratatouille (between us who are we mocking? the fries are at the frozen base.! we understood well that the priority was to close the kitchen) in front of our fairly virulent reaction the waitress take on it to offer us the coffee. at the time of the arrival of the dishes we offer to our great astonishment 2 plates of fish, so we repress a plate ! The leader of the row confuses himself in apology and offers us the coffee first! We're already proposing to oppose him! So it will be the dessert buffet that will be offered to us. in summary a disastrous service (although they have had attention to go through the experienced inconveniences) and a kitchen office that is not respectful to the customers and/or overflowed.on our 5-day stay we never returned to it again

at the beginning, the location does not sell the dream between 2 tracks, railway not far and view on high laid city towers. The hotel itself seems to date externally.But inside the rooms have been renovated and are at the taste of the day. A closet would not have been too much because it still lacks storage, but apart from that the room is nickel, the cozy bedding. many electric sockets, mirror, seats, air conditioning, mood lights, it's very good. The TV is just huge in relation to the size of the room! the bathroom is functional and nickel also with a beautiful corner shower.Very little to say about this good surprise. Friendly and dedicated welcome.

already put apart in a room not adapted pmr and we find ourselves alone in the rear of the building with handicapped parking we can no longer, we could not have dinner, nor breakfast! Thanks to the chain! the spa should intervene it would find a lot of motive for the abandonment of animals 'see the beaches too)Thank you very much to the campaniles for these forced diets!I don't leave my dog alone and panicked in a place that he doesn't know and in addition to 10 euros at night!!!!

We came in a couple around 7pm.Buffet already not much choice. Selected formula 2 duo has 23€:composer plate of cheese and desserts (container event almost nothing)Entrecôte prise 4€ of supp and steak (a real shoe sole)And more roquefort sauce and white butter as proposed on the menu.!!!At the time of cheese more cheese on the tray ?!and dessert more much choice so go back on our hunger...We will iron to leave a reasonable price.

hotel in the standards of the campanille chain, very standardised. The hotel is clean and renovated, the restaurant and the dishes offered are like the rest, basic, no exception just correct. The value for money is not there, more than 130 € for a night and breakfast without the evening meal it is not worth it, it is the price of a hotel of category much higher than that there in the region and around.
