Hotel Ristorante Tonino

The food (2 different pasta dishes) was okay, but lacked seasoning more taste. Not worth going to a restaurant for that. The staff was nice and very friendly. The only problem was: they never showed up. After having served our food, they didn't come back to ask if everything was alright (which wasn't the case, we wanted to ask for pepper and a spoon for the spaghetti dish). When they finally came to pick up the plates they were in a hurry so we didn't want to interrupt. After that we just sat there for 20 minutes, seeing the waiters going to specific tales several times. We were just ignored. After those 20 minutes we could finally make eye contact and wave at a waitress. We told her we wanted to pay. After 10 minutes a waiter passed by saying he would be there in a minute. But nothing happened for another 10 minutes so we just walked to the front desk and played over there. We've been here two times before and both times it had been much better than this. For this time: average food, bad service. Hopefully getting better soon!
