Only recently started eating Hungry Howie's because they have a location by my work in Fenton. Fell in love with the cup pepperoni and Cajun crust. Absolutely delicious pizza. What was shocking was ordering it during the holiday season, at peak hours, they somehow managed to get it to my house after I ordered within 15-20 minutes and the pizza was scorching hot and perfectly cooked. The website isn't even able to keep up with how fast they are. The website said they were preparing it, but it was already at my door. I thought maybe this was a fluke and a slow night for them, the two other times, but even on New Year's Eve, at dinner time, it was at my door no more than 20 minutes after submitting it online. Always impressed. Howie's will have my business over Dominoes now, a business which I had faithfully frequented for 10+ years. Thank you for exceeding my expectations, every time. Happy New Year's!
My family and I have ordered food from here many times in the past. The pizzas are routinely undercooked and if you call them to inform them of any problems you have with your order you better be ready for the worst customer service of your life. We have been told any time we've called with an issue that we're the problem. While getting talked over by the manager and eventually hung up on by the manager who then won't tell you their name when you call back to file an actual corporate complaint. I have never in my life received such bad customer service than I have multiple times from this location.
I am very impressed with this store and the driver that delivered our food. It was a case of the Mondays for me. I made a mistake on my online order, and they were understanding enough to let me return the pizza I ordered to swap it out for the corrected pizza. I drove back up and it was so painless. They already had my pizza done for me. Great people and a Great pizza place!
Our Christmas Eve tradition is pizza for dinner. And my grandson likes Hungry Howie's the best. Or that's the only kind he likes. Anyway, the food was good and everyone ate some and we had leftovers too. Thanks for being open on Christmas Eve. We forgot about it being Sunday and alot of places close early on Sunday.
