My friend sent me a 6-pack ice cream jubilee vegan ice cream through the Goldbelly website. They sent some flavors that were different from what was listed on the Goldbelly website. 4 were labeled vegan, one was called non-dairy, and the last had no kind of food labelling. There are no ingredients / nutrient information labels, and they do not have complete ingredients lists on the site so that I emailed them. "not-dairy" is always a red flag for me. It turns out that their “non-dairy Snickers Snickerdoodle” that I received is made with real Snickers bars, so it is not un-dairy let alone vegan. They told me, “The ice is the non-dairic element.” This is extremely dangerous because their lack of care could really make people sick. I can't recommend this business.
Here on a rain night. They have not-dairy flavors named. When I left, they had a creamy chocolate peanut butter ice cream and a passion fruit guava sorbet. I tried both and they were pretty good. I ordered the chocolate for me because I found the sorbet too sweet. Although it tasted like real fruit. The chocolate ice cream was delicious creamy and sweet, without being lumpy sweet. It tasted chocolate and peanut butter, so not much more to say. I just wish you could have more than one taste in their small size, because the cup is definitely big enough for two flavors and their next greatest size is simply too big for me. It was nice that they offered a few different vegan options on the menu. I had the peanut butter chocolate taste and it was pretty good. Definitely had a strong coconut flavor that some people don't like.
I'm here before. I love all her flavors, but I am a great fan of her passionfruit Guava Sorbet! It gets really hot and damp in summer and this sorbet always hits the point!
