I don't care what anyone has to say! but this IHop is my place! I go here almost every Sunday to get breakfast. Its always packed but somehow they manage to get everyone a table in 10-15 minutes... Its incredible compared to other IHops I've went to. Our server Trent is outstanding with his service! The food was cooked to perfection as always. The other staff members are super sweet and nice as well.
Usually don't have any problems here but today I came in alone and saw their new house rules; you have to order and pay for your food and drink before you're even seated. Weird but I could've put up with it if someone actually was at the counter to greet people. That's always been a problem with this location but with the new rules you'd think they'd always have someone up front now.
Went in and there was a sign that all orders had to be placed and paid for prior to being seated and that a gratuity would be added to the order (prior to getting any service). The front counter had menus displayed, but no one to take any orders. We turned around and left to get lunch somewhere else.
I really enjoyed our visit to IHOP The staff was friendly and the food was made with love Everything was freshly cooked! Our waiter was amazing and They made my family feel right at home, especially the kids on their first day of Spring Break.
