Saturday, 9:45AM, party of 5, with time limit 1 hour. As expected, it was very busy. Surprisingly, the 1st of us to arrive were seated immediately. Our waitress was very sweet and patient with us as we waited for the other two. While we were waiting we explained to her the situation. Almost as soon as they were seated, she was there, ready to take our order and already told the kitchen it would need to be rushed. The food came quickly, correctly, and deliciously! Most of our party had pancakes they were said to be very good. I had biscuits and gravy. DYNOMITE! Literally, my only complaint, is about the menu. I really just wanted biscuits gravy bacon. But there is no a la cart ish) menu, and only 1 menu choice to get the biscuits gravy. Therefore, i had to get way more food than I actually wanted, with no substitutions, AND a side PLATTER: bis gravy 2 eggs 4 sausage hash browns SIDE: bacon
Not my best meal at an IHOP. I've had had far better omelets and hash browns at other IHOPs I've been to. Omelet also seemed a bit on the small side. Pancakes were good. Service was OK. It was excellent up until the end when I waited quite a while for the bill. I'm sure I'll be back as it is a relatively safe destination for standard breakfast fare. But I may see what else is around here first (I'm relatively new to the area).
They weren't here in a few years because of not enough help and cleanliness. It seems some modernized and also clean. The 2-2-2 ordered for $5. Have a great breakfast and cooked perfectly. The waitress was great. We also put our bill down with her, which was easier than going forward. We'll be back.
I made a great desire for pancakes, and this place definitely helped me to take care of it. We also had a great waitress and I wish I had drunk eithier or perhaps remembered her name. I remember she was from New York. Everything was great!
