Ihop - Tisch reservieren

I love ihop, this place was so disappointing. if I could give him the zero stars, I would. the waitress sat us on the dirty table. there were dirty tables everywhere. the place was almost empty, but instead of sitting, we were all in a corner. it took forever to order. waitress brought cold coffee and forgot. we had to get up and register and ask them to bring more coffee and watch. there was no one in the registration and she seemed nothing to do. 4 different people came to the table. the half of the food came out and we hadn't had our cutlery yet, had to fly down the waiter to get everything we needed. Eggs were covered with fat with black chicks, whatever was last on the grill. the waiting staff did not seem to care about serving and was very uncoordinated. I heard a woman voting in the kitchen screaming at people from all the restaurant. they never served us half of what we ordered, and we finally left. worst eating experience ever. If they don't have a manager in there to train staff, they won't be open long!

the location watertown new york looks like it's closed when you pull up and under the circumstances I would say it should probably. I will not go into much detail except the fact that the lonely customer and so rudely treated by the waitress and then are released by the alleged restaurant manager. and then the company customer service that indicates that each location is responsible for its own customer complaints. I feel the need to warn others not to waste their time with this place. Single customers 45 minutes wait for the right meal and then be told about the waitress on the way out "I work for a life and live by my tips simply over the tip. only dinge who would say manager was thankful for this training opportunity, I must now remember my staff and after again how much money I spent in her restaurant and how I was treated well indicated if they want a free meal they come if I available Thursday to Sunday 8:00 to 1:00 o'clock

worst experience. sat down and every table around us was dirty and covered with food. had to ask for a menu, and then the server came and got beverage orders. I have made my small children glass cups to use. ordered food and waited 40 minutes with nothing. no server, no beverage refill and no eating. finally decided to talk to a manager and she was absolutely rude. in the grunde told me it was my fault, but she would wipe out our food. When she broke out the wrong food, I told myself I ordered it. if I could not give stars, I would. I will never return to this ihop. disgusting, both management and facility.

The reeses pancakes were AMAZING. Got them substituted for the regular pancakes in the breakfast sampler. Free coffee refills were nice, server was great. Honestly if I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I don't understand any of the negative reviews on here, everything was perfect for me.

order a meal for delivery, they forget their $7 milkshake and instead added speck. not for the first time I had problems with them.
