Just a horrible experience with ikea franconville. Thanks to the last seller who took the trouble to do his job properly!
SAV Nullissime... no follow-up! We never have the same person on the phone. We had a problem on the first day of installation with the freezer refrigerator and they send you to the Electrolux supplier that sends you to IKEA or to a neighborhood convenience store.
