What a treat! I actually read the reviews on TripAdvisor written by Italian visitors before I went to this restaurant and I was not disappointed. It is definitely authentic! Great service, wonderful atmosphere and delicious food! They also have an interesting wine list featuring some unique wines which was a pleasant surprise.
It's a good Italian menu, plenty of choices, and the food prices are reasonably priced, however the wine we had is $10 in the store and they charged $60, So sham on us for not knowing, but that's a huge margin in my opinion
The delicious smell of garlic, herbs and baking bread wafts from Il Covo when you walk by, and even if I hadn't made reservations, I would have wanted to
My Wife and I have really enjoyed the food here, the taste is reminding me with Rome's restaurants.
