Gutes Essen, aber zwei Menüs waren enttäuschend. Ich erwarte, dass Fleischsoßen hausgemacht werden. Aber wir haben auf jeden Fall bemerkt, dass sie aus einer Dose/Box..gravy fertig gemacht. Was für eine Schande. Wir erwarteten mehr Qualität. Ich schätze, es hängt davon ab, was u gewählt hat. Wir hatten keine Pizza. Service war freundlich, aber wir mussten unglaublich lange auf alles warten. Wir waren Freitagabend.
This was an unexpected treat! I had the lamb chops and they were excellent! Three others had the steak and another a vegetarian meal. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The service was Excellent and the prices also good for Switzerland. The decor was very pleasing, a typical Grotto I was told. I loved it! Being from Canada, I don't see much like this. I was totally pleased!
Top marks for friendliness, service food, after saying in my last review it had improved I can now verify it for a second time. Lovely atmosphere, attentive friendly service good value for money, Highly recommended.
The restaurant has a very nice decoration with a taste of typical North I Italian elements. I wish the food were same good. Disappointed with pizza. It was over dry with rather ticker bread than I expected.
