Inca's Peruvian Cuisine

Inca apos;s is my favorite restaurant in Tucson. If you want a unique delicious meal try the lomo, pollo, or shrimp saltados (spicy- if you like spicy food- but you can get them non spicy, too). These three dishes are terrific, but nothing I apos;ve eaten at this restaurant has disappointed me. The seafood dishes are also top notch, the crema volteado dessert is a perfect ending to any meal, and the salads are especially tasty. Everthing was good UNTIL I got to the rice. The rice is uncooked, i mean when i looked at it the top portion looks fluffy and good but when i get to the bottom its just not cooked well. Like I get it the food good , so price of an entree is $20 . But for the portions being so little, atleast provide with some good quality or meal thats cooked properly .

Main dishes were amazing and thats what got the 4stars. The Papas Fritas Peruvian Style Fries are just steak fries. No seasoning. Just plain steak fries. The Yuquitas were over cooked and needed salt. Overly priced for the amount you get but not sure if it was because it was a to go order. I would try again in person.

the seco de Carne was divine! so much flavor and comforting. I am definitely planning to visit the restaurant next time.
