Insomnia Cookies

Ordered ahead and the cookies weren't ready, even though I was 30 minutes late by design to give more time to fulfill the order. Still since I wasn't in a hurry or double parked for once I was ok,..Once I got the 411, turns out the reason was because they didn't have the cookies I wanted which was a bummer given that some in my party need vegan and gluten free. I was told they were not baked yet so I get it,.... Can't exactly mix gluten free or vegan in a baking tray.I was however told I was given an extra cookie or two to compensate for the wait but that turned out to be false statement as I got exactly the number of cookies I ordered. That annoyed me more than anything else, as either staff can't count or staff was distracted while working and didn't know what the order was. As far as the cookies are concerned they are pretty ordinary. Other than the fact that you can get a batch of cookies delivered after midnight,...

I was not very happy with my experience here, I really hope management sees this one. Whoever closed tonight, 9/24 at 2.30 AM), was incredibly rude and inconsiderate to our concerns with allergies and managed to get two items wrong on our order. I had to double check if my ice cream was in fact nut free because she gave me the wrong flavor. After getting a half hearted confirmation it was nut free, I decided to eat the order out of politeness for the people on line behind us. Already doubtful of my safety, I decided to stop eating after one bite as I began panicking about her weak confirmation. Really terrible service especially for someone with a life threatening condition :

This place is a blight to the neighborhood. They consistently leave garbage bags of old cookies in front of the store, which are broken into by rats. I ask the girl at the counter about cleaning up their trash, and she stares at me like her brain has been replaced with cookie dough.I know, “the great resignation” it’s hard to get people who want to sell cookies all day behind a counter. But they’re bad neighbors. Their cookies are ok, but the rat infestation leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

The worst insomnia cookies ever! She literally gave me the cookies cold. I had to go back and ask her to warm them up.

the cashier have the bad attitude for no reason, maybe she worked for a long day but we don’t deserve it.
