Inspiration Roll

Ordered: Build Your Own Bowl $19): multi-gran rice, fresh salmon, yuzu tuna, spicy crab, cucumber, guacamole, masago, seaweed salad, mango, pineapple, with spicy mayo and wasabi mayo, topped with fried onions and wonton chips Aya's take: Another delicious poke bowl! The proteins are super fresh and I like the assortment of toppings they have. I wish you were able to get more than a single protein in each bowl without paying $3 each per additional protein. You also pay $1 extra for more than 4 toppings which is not commonly seen in many poke places. I've typically seen 2-3 proteins per bowl and unlimited toppings with some premium options, of course). All in all, this didn't deter me from wanting to come back but I do hope they can make adjustments.

I occasionally get take out from Inspiration Roll and my food is always prepared quickly. Service is always great and the lady at the register is super nice. The ingredients are always fresh. They have ramen, customizable poke bowls, and other side dishes available. Very tasty! Only thing to note is that it can get a little expensive due to the recent price hike. Still worth trying especially if you want a poke bowl/sushi burrito!

Love this place! I am vegan so I am always looking to find ways to make food vegan if they do not offer it. However, it was super simple! Laura even went out of her way to double check if the teriyaki sauce is vegan! Will definitely be going back, the sushi burrito is to die for! And they jam packed it !!

amazing ramen!! i got the spicy tonkotsu, and it was everything you could ask for : $15 for this giant bowl was great as well. pretty spicy, and the pork MELTS in your mouth! so good :

Sushi burrito was delicious, and well prepared. The staff was very nice.
