Ipic Theaters - Tisch reservieren

?? This used to be an upscale theater, but don’t let looks fool you. The service and cleanliness has gone down in recent years. The food is merely average. The staff can be rude and unprofessional. The bathrooms smell horrible. My last visit here was just that. Parking was a nightmare. Upon arrival the garages were jam packed and it took 30 minutes to park. Myself and children arrived to retrieve our pre purchased tickets, but were denied entrance into the movie. We were also denied a $100 refund. After requesting to speak with a manager regarding the parking conditions, she impolitely and loudly continued to deny our refund citing her inability to do so because of iPic Policy. Apparently, if you are 10 minutes late you will be denied entrance, refused a refund, and tickets are nontransferable for use for another time or movie. After an extensive exchange involving a promise to contact her higher ups, she argumentatively returned our money after all. She immediately denied the couple behind us who had the same issue though that poor couple witnessed the unprofessionalism and did not want to engage. How can this establishment lure visitors here without adequate parking, place a 10 minute restriction on admission, then refuse to refund patrons money?! There is a thing called entrapment and this establishment is treading a fine line. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone files suit in Maryland against this place. iPic should absolutely return anyone’s money they took due to this policy. Establishments are required to provide adequate parking for their patrons and unfortunately iPic falls short. ??

This theater used to be amazing not so much anymore.Service is still OK, staff was helpful, but the state facilities are abhorrent. At the beginning of our visit, the bathrooms weren't great by the end of our movie, they were down right disgusting most stalls couldn't be used, no toilet tissue, and the floor was really sticky I don't even want to think about what was causing that?. The quality of the food has gone down, and they no longer offer the complimentary popcorn.For the price you pay for a ticket, this experience should have been so much better. The only benefit is the reclining chairs which are now in many other theaters, so we'll be taking our business closer to home instead of traveling to get here.

Just overall disappointing experience! Definitely was my favorite movie theater until recent. Went a hour without food and when we finally got it we were half way through the movie so we asked for refills since our food had just came out …three times we asked three different waitresses for refills never got them but they was surely in a hurry to let us know that we needed to pay with another card because the card the first card didn’t come through!! It’s honestly sad talk to the manager she did a good job acknowledging the concern but did nothing the fix the situation seem like she gotten that complaint before. Will be contacting hirer up corporate or some one because over a 100$ for bad service is not it!

Seats, and food were great. Theatre 8 is right next to the kitchen, so you can hear all the activities through the emergency exit door (which in the dark is only marked as an exit, so someone went out that way mid-film and the siren went off) that whole situation was annoying. The bathrooms were AWFUL. Men’s room was flooded, and they did a terrible job cleaning it up after. For calling themselves “luxury” I expected more. It was an okay experience.

I like to have food and drinks during a movie but it can get to become too much sometimes. People are taking pics of their food during the movie. Waiters are in front of the screen or talking to the customers. The food is good and the chairs are comfortable but the atmosphere can be a bit much
