we sat right away and welcomed quickly. we ordered drinks, three water, a root beer and a koks. my friend asked for a glass water bunny and said she was light and dizzy from the heat. we sat near 10 minutes without drinks. in this time I had gone into the bar to get my friend a glass of water and try various beers. we finally got our drinks and then we ordered two appetizers hummus and a zeasar. we waited for about 20 minutes until the appetizers arrive. our server had a training and between the two they thought we were covered, but we were not checked for something. we asked for extra dressing when we ordered us not to get it. we asked our apprentices to see them, went by a few minutes and not dress. we asked a manager for the dressing. Finally, about 5 min after that, the trainee brought it for the last 2 bits of the salats. we ordered a chicken sandwich without tomato and a side of the regular mayo. the sandwich arrived without mayo and tomaten on the sandwich. I ordered the Burger salad with the burger prepared medium, it was rather medium rare. we were not looked up for one because and sat with empty water glasses. the fastest part of our service was the check and the boxes. the tables around us seemed to wait a long time also for the dinge. our server was consecrated. his trainee seemed better to use himself. we also noticed that we went to our table that the customer did not have the right on the way that server does. they ran practically through the restaurant in one eat. that's not a good look. a baptism of panic servers that cut out customers because they cannot handle their section is rude. I understand that this is likely to be a buck of young, inexperienced servers, and this is probably their first job, or at least that's how it looked. Maybe a better training with stronger servers would help. many mistakes were made and the service was slow and quite terrible.
First time here, my job sale the gift cards however I didn’t have one and that’s not the concern. Saying that to say that’s how I learned about the place and wanted to try it. I walked in and my greeter wasn’t so welcoming which made my party of two uncomfortable. My server messed my order up, that was fixed. Food was pretty good besides I wasn’t a fan of the tacos but I ordered several things and that was only thing I didn’t care for outta of my order. Waiter was a little busy, but it took way too long for an refill. I didn’t feel welcomed. Overall food was good but I won’t go back to the specific location…
a very beautiful location. huge interiors and exterior seats were then most of the close of restaurent. the choice of food on the menu was great and the price is slightly above average prices. expect them $20 per head min. the service was faster than its size. our subscriber seems to be new to use industry. clean and well maintained rest, toilets, eating was good. also the variety of beverage options. we were not made with any spoons or forks for eating (?hence one star out.) home made sauces and eating tasted very good. will definitely come back and try again before my final decision.
Cute brewery in a cute section of West Chester. Love they closed the streets and set up restaurant seating. Many selections of restaurants to choose from. We chose iron hill. We had a sampler of many beers. Endedup liking their peach rings and brambleberry. Ordered nachos, burger, chicken sandwich, and southwest chicken salad. Food was absolutely delicious. The historic sign right outside the restaurant was cool too.
