Iron Horse Tavern Folsom

Amazing food! Delicious, great quality, good portions, cooked perfectly But they apos;re super expensive! So we can apos;t eat here very often, especially DD, because what we ordered costs 20 more on DD than dine in. Wish we could choose our sides for the family meals. The only way we could order the family steaks salmon with Mac cheese, was to pay more for the other sides we didn apos;t like/want that come with it (fried rice spicy green beans) then had to just throw those away. Wasted food wasted money, so that was kind of a bummer. Better to have some options.

I have eaten at this restaurant 10 or more times and every visit has been excellent so it is time to leave a review with some kudos. I enjoy the variety of options on the menu. As far as quality and taste of the food, that is what keeps me coming back. The service is friendly and prompt. The manager, Jason, always greets us and insures we are having a good experience. I am sharing a photo of the newest dessert I indulged in.

AWESOME food, super nice staff and good drinks too with a really modern atmosphere. Wish I'd found this place sooner! The Korean Fried Chicken was juuust spicy enough and the fried egg brought a nice richness that tied it all together, and the cheese bread had an awesome salty savory deliciousness. Highly recommend trying either (or both!

The food tastes good. The sweet and spicy shrimp is must try. Taverns cheese bread is ok but seemed to be very heavy. Definite try is roasted salmon. The caramelized carrots with black garlic demi is awesome.

Had a great time with family here. The waiter was very attentive and super sweet, the steak salad and the meatball sandwich were both extremely good. Highly recommend both dishes
