Islamorada Shrimp Shack

Islamorada Shrimp Shack...our second time here...last year we swung by for appetizers. This year we stopped in for an actual dinner and the snapper done up senator style has got to be the best fish dinner I 've ever had! Terri 's steak rivaled that of any we 've had back home in beef country too! Another TripleD standout! These guys got hit pretty hard during Irma and they were out feeding the workers who were in the area cleaning up during the aftermath awesome people!

The service was excellent and the food was even better. Conch po’ boy was tender and well divided. My wife had the soft-shell basket and it was in her words "best meal ever". Hyperbole aside, felt like a good old-fashioned Keys joint-no pretense-good times!!

The shrimps and bacon wound shrimps are a must! The key line pie martini is also a winner. If you're in Islamorada, you should go for a scarf and a drink.

A must stop in the Florida Keys. I'd split a meal with your significant other. So much food and then there would be room for dessert
