We have been to Izba for breakfast many times. It has been one of our favorite places to eat. Unfortunately it 's the last time we 'll go. The Izba Benny (which I 've had many times) was inedible. I sent it back because the latka was burnt and the eggs were overcooked. It came back in less than 3 minutes with burnt latkes, eggs more cooked than the previous ones. The latkas were so greasy and the holllandaise was, well, I don 't know what it was. Both were inedible. All of it was disgusting. Despite complaints we still paid $17 for it. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant.
The food is excellent. We were a mix of vegans and meat eaters and we all walked away very satisfied. It was hot, fresh and yummy. I would have given 5 stars accept it takes very long to get your food. This was the third time we've been there. Food is always good, Staff is great but the wait for food is long. We were 45 minutes before we got our food.
