Jack In The Box

The burger was okay. The Classic Sauced Loaded Potato Wedges were a joke. The description is, Crispy potato wedges, loaded with melty shredded cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese sauce, ranch bacon crumbles. What I got was some potato wedges with barely any shredded cheddar cheese, no cheddar cheese sauce, some bacon dust, not kidding and no ranch whatsoever. I even ordered extra ranch. Ranch was no where to be found. I wonder, how difficult is it to read the order? How difficult is it to make the order as advertised?! What is wrong with the people who work there? Why are they still working there? This isn 't the first time they have messed up my order.

We waited for our hotel room to be ready and we starve the manager asked if there was a McDonalds around him saying 5 minutes away. We never found it like that when we turn around to go back to the hotel, we find this Jack in the box. We never had one. The staff was friendly and clean and the food was very good. Only the complaint is a very small place.

The Sourdough Jack really blew my mind (I usually don't even eat fast food). Crispy sourdough and amazing flavor combos (try adding extra cheese). Also a delicious surpise was their Mini Churros WOW with the textures!

With the right expectations it is good. My son loves the sausage croissants. It can take a while to get through the ride thru when there are many cars before you.

They never get the order right. This time I had no bun at all on my burger. Plus, even when you pick your condiments, they ALWAYS forget!!
