The food was great, as we have experienced at all other Jack's. BUT we had to sit in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes with only 3 vehicles ahead of us. When we finally got to pickup the window and paid, we still had to wait almost 5 minutes for our food. Looking inside, we observed 5 staff, and 3 of them were just standing around doing nothing during lunch hour!!! Will probably not go to this Jack's in Muscle shoals again.
1st off when walking in customer told staff out of coke was told try another drink instead offering get in drive thru or add to machine. Then after waiting patiently 10 minutes they wouldn't wait on us. When I left four more customers behind waiting. I drive-thru was getting orders taken getting food.
I love the iced coffee they have. they are worth the money compared to the other places tiny bits they say is a big, but looks like a small and cost a lot more. a big one here at jack is as big as it should be!
Multiple bad experiences in a row. The girl with silver hair WILL flub your order and get rude, guaranteed. Never going back, and letting corporate know how bad it is.
