We had a group of 9 celebrating our last dinner all together before our friend travelled home! It was a really lovely meal and all the food was great! I carry an epi pen because I actually have a rare but very serious food allergy and the staff were fantastic about it !! They checked everything over told me all the things I could and couldn’t have and she kept checking everything was okay with the food ! They took it really seriously and I’m so thankful as it can be a huge anxiety eating out with a serious allergy so thank you to all the staff ! : Will deffo be back ! Saz
We were overcharged and when we asked to clarify called liars. A disgusting behaviour that left us regretting having lunch there. A pity as the situation could have been handled differently. Mistakes happen, as well as misunderstandings and we just wanted to clarify the situation with absolutely no hostility, on the contrary. A pity. We cannot recommend this place unfortunately.
We went for a late dinner and nabbed the last table. The menu is extensive and almost all vegan, and the door is delicious and very reasonable. We over ordered by at least one dish, and including corkage for four beers spent just £30 plus service. It’s clearly a popular local restaurant with a lively atmosphere and friendly service. We’ll be back for sure :
Jai Krishna is loud , noisy , no frills and very cramped . So why would you want to eat here ? Because it is a good honest low cost curry , probably the cheapest in london . And you can byob for a very small corkerage fee . Staff are very busy but friendly and you don’t have to wait too long . I have no complaints .
