J'aime Les Crepes

My lavender sugar crepe was very simple and seriously the best crepe I've eaten for a long time. Most reviews tended to recommend the hearty crepes. My spicy vegetarian crepe was good, although I don't have it with mushrooms and green onions. I think the sweet crepes are a step over, just because when fresh sweet fruits are used, then the crepes taste exceptional. Overall for the hearty crepes, the ingredients come simply from mass packs from Costco. The crepe itself is excellent. So I think if the owner made some stuffings of scratches, it would definitely push the crepe into the elite area of the dining places. The building has enough space for two customers standing and waiting. There are only 6 containers of ice and only two crepe burners. If the line is long, it will take time. Due to the fact that ice is ground, drinks are made and of course the production of crepes. Although there were three young ladies who manned the counter, they made the crepes, made drinks and brought items from which the crepe station had run out, ordered the other young lady, was the cashier and began the drinks. They all worked well together for such a small area. I would definitely go back, but I would get the lavender crepe back and maybe a fruit crepe with items in the season.

Your hearty crepes are fabulous. A funny taste of Paris. The staff is always friable. BTW also the best ice (all year).
