Very nice and decent Brunch locations in Vancouver. I have lived in Montreal for a while and there are many good brunch options there. After it was in a few other places in Vancouver like Sophie and OEB, this is at a higher level than the two. I was twice at this point and every time had to wait, but I think waiting is worth the food. I ordered the French toast both times and liked it for the first time. But overall I recommend it as it is made from Brioche bread. My friends have the eggs Benny and it tastes good too! Nothing can beat their groundless coffee. Overall recommendation for a Brunchplatz!
The food here is definitely worth the hype, everything was super tasty and although there are simple things that are together, the food is well made and I enjoyed it very much. My only complaint would be that the hash-brown shredders are only crispy on the outside and the interior is all mush. This may be a personal preference, but I would not recommend it. Overall I loved the ambience and the service. Would definitely come back. If you go with a big group, there is a waiting time. Groups of two are not so bad, but still ready to wait outside.
Totally worth the queue! We were very lucky and went super early one day no long lines and super quick service. We both had the eggs benny, just different variations (pork belly buffalo chicken) and both were DELICIOUS! The servings were absolutely massive, so go there hungry! I also got one of the nicest coffees there since I've been in Vancouver. The girls working there are all absolute dotes as well, such a nice atmosphere.
I am obsessed with Jam cafe. Friendly welcoming staff who filled up my delicious coffee all morning long. Super fun and creative brunch menu with lots of options for eggs Benny and pancakes. I used to get smore pancakes but I guess they are discontinued. I got cinnamon bun pancakes and they did not disappoint!! The portions are wickedly generous, even for someone with a sweet tooth. Will be back again and again.
