Just another bad evaluation for a store that probably shouldn't even work at this point. Chris, who works on weekends and is usually unpleasant anyway, decided to freestyle my smoothie tonight. He put Banane in a smoothie without being listed as an ingredient. The problem is that I am allergic to bananas, and if it wasn't for MY consciousness how the smoothie should smell/taste, I could have died. Chris refused to give me his name after taking this matter on, and I had to get his name from another employee. I have not been refunded any refund I find despicable. Except you? re tries to end your life on allergic reaction, not here. Jamba juice itself is not the problem, but this place is not worth it. 1 week later edited: After the promise of a refund and a retrieval from the top management within 72 hours on the last Tuesday, I still have to receive. Fortunately, the Christiana Mall location is much more respectful and precise with its service.
The girl who worked on 3/21/22 was super rude and was outside to talk to someone while waiting for my phone that I was 20 minutes after the time it was planned. The lady worked when I was wondering if I had a mobile job, and I said yes and she told me I had to wait for the girl outside to talk. When the girl came in, I let her take the people who waited, and when she asked me if I was ready to order them? You could have said something instead of just standing there.? I don't think I have to tell her if it was 20 minutes late and another employee was already informed.
I ordered an açaí bowls d paid almost $12 to receive a small cup with watery açaí, the strawberries weren?t fresh and messed up the whole flavor of the açaí. When I asked for my bowl Someone screamed from the other side of the counter ?we don?t have any bowls? rude. I would never go back and waste my money. I drove 15 mins on my lunch break just to waste my money and time
I'm so impressed, my first time Jamba Juice tries. I had a Mega Mango smoothie that is vegetable based and very tasty. The employees present today were wonderful and supported us with the best service. I am glad that I tried today and so grateful for the staff there excellent service! This smoothie will let me come back. A must try!
