Jamie's Italian Covent Garden

We booked online for tablevat 5.45 we arrived 5.40 had to wait until nearly 6 for the table . Very crampt table behind reception next to large table for 8 only just enough room to squeeze through, have bruising to legs. Asked after ordering if any food allergies surely this should be at the time of seating . Staff very rushed very noisy

This is an excellent Parsi restaurant across the board. Must haves are the chai and keema pao. Their version of dal makhani and biryani (both jackfruit and chicken) are outstanding. My only recommendation would be to get a reservation in advance, as this place attracts a cult following.

Had to wait 15 minutes for a reserved table but food was great and service was excellent great waiter who took really good care of us throughout the evening

Nice and relaxed. No rush to vacate table. Good food and friendly service.
