directly at the flea mouse, fantastically fresh made matcha. I can't stress enough that the real matcha is. also great location! super easy to reach. the pastries I ordered were deliciously baked flakey. I ended the order more than I originally intended. the only thing I didn't try was the cake options that all looked phenomenal, I'll be back soon.

I am so upset that the yass do not have six stars because this is the best ice place in the world. I was with every country I'm very well in travel, and by far is the best ice I've ever had in my life. the Persian ice is absolutely amazing, but so is everything else, I always try something new and it was always great.
