visit 21/8/2010. not at all with the previous message. I was invited to a friend 50th birthday meal on the jasmine court but worried about access and conveniences due to the fact that I paraplegic and in a wheelchair. I contacted the restaurant to talk about my thinking, and they invited me to the party so that I could calm my mind. the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, except that the door is a little tight. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. in the night we were the party the restaurant was totally full, but all the staff seemed cheerful, friendly and helpful. the waitress lets us take our time with the ordering and once ordered came quite fast....read more
Nice food but awful service! We weren't made aware of the 2hr limit when booking up so we were rushed off the table, staff was reluctant to give us plates after bringing the mains out as we were coming up to our time. Half of the time there was spent waiting for them to take our order and a lot of items ordered were missing. Went to order ice cream at the end as it's included in the price but was told if we wanted it we'd have to eat it out in the waiting area as they wanted the table so just left it. By far the worst service ever, will not be returning or recommending to anybody!
Sounds really inviting on the phone and started well when we were there, given menus, while we waited for our friends and offered drinks that came very fast. the problems were when we went to our table. great eating at a really good price, but shocking service. really creepy waitress who did everything seems like an effort for her. I asked my friend to take her baby out when he cried on a really rude wise. obviously not family-friendly as advertised. they would not pay me anymore. instead go to the river avon.
I used this restaurant regularly over an eight years that I have always great food great service and real value for money for every recomend
