Incredible gastronomic experience at Gallina Negra. We tried the long menu (7 savory dishes and 2 sweet ones) and we loved the proposal. Traditional dishes reinvented in an original way. Varied winery at a more than reasonable price. And the exceptional Room: kindness, elegance and professionalism in equal parts. It is on its way to becoming one of the essentials in Valencia.
